I can’t imagine working with anyone other than Tim for my home lending needs. We were first time homebuyers when I approached him to help us secure financing. He came highly recommended by a coworker of mine, and as promised, he made the process seamless! During our first visit, he clearly outlined the steps and order of operations and he kept them all on time throughout. After submitting our application, he kept our conversations short and sweet, letting me know exactly what I needed to do to satisfy the potential lenders. Even now, years after moving in, Tim still calls regularly to say hi and see how we’re doing! He is a genuinely nice person and great at what he does!
