You may also mail your payment in via

Please refer to the First Payment Letter & Note you received in the closing package for your first payment due date & loan number. You will need to reference your loan number if paying over the phone, or on your check if mailing your payment in.

Monthly payment letters will also be sent out no later than 10 days prior to the payment due date. If you signed up for e-consent, these letters are uploaded to the PacRes portal and you will be notified via email when a new letter is available. If you did not sign up for e-consent, the letters will be mailed out.

*Note: If paying by debit card, please be aware that the card may have a daily and/or transaction amount limit. This limit may need to be raised with your bank in order to successfully process the payment.
