Suzanna was very easy to talk to. When I had problems with access to the platform she helped me immediately. She never made me feel "dumb" when I didn't understand something or when I asked questions. The process was easy. We looked at a couple of options for our loan and she explained in a way that we were able to make the best informed decision.
