Communication was clear, consistent, and timely. I can't imagine how this process could have gone better for us. We had some after-hours items that needed turning in and I found Brittany in particular to be so readily available for contact and help. Ryan's regular phone calls were such a personal and thoughtful touch as well. I know that you all don't HAVE to do all of this to get a loan to go through, but we really appreciated all the effort that PRM puts into making this experience smooth.

I am constantly amazed at Team Eck’s customer service. Venessa always returns my emails in a timely manner and I especially like how she or a member of her team checks in once a week to update me on the status of my loan.
