From the start, Ryan and his team were very friendly, very thorough and very clear about how the process would go and who was in charge of each particular part of the process. They had short videos that explained a few things more clearly and Ryan even called once a week towards the end of the process just to check in and to clearly explain where we were in the process, and what was happening now.
