Being my 1st home purchase I felt as if I had no idea how funds were applied specifically my out of pocket money. I feel everything was put on the escrow team who rushed me to sign and had no intention in making sure funds were applied accordingly. info on paying down points and how all the money available could have been explained better so all parties can be on the same page.
