When putting in an offer on our new home, the seller's requested a 30 day close. I'm happy to say that Don and his team did a great a job of getting our loan processed in a timely manner. Everything was completed ahead of schedule. Communication from Don was great in regards to explaining the terms of the loan and the steps involved along the way.
