Venessa and her team worked with me being unavailable out of state to quickly respond for loan approval so we could place a bid on a house in a timely manner. They kept in touch every step of the way including answering any questions we had and were able to follow up shortly after we reached out if they were unavailable. Great team and people.

Communicate to the loan seeker what computer program would be used by PRM to transmit documents requiring signature and insure that the loan seeker has the program installed and functioning prior to sending documents. For example, I did not have Adobe Reader installed on my computer until after we secured the refinance loan. This required us to make multiple trips to Lake Oswego to sign documents.
