Great communication , timeliness, polite, professional along with genuine care and concern. Service business needs more Samantha's .

The service was ok, however, I was forced to pay $500 for a bogus appraisal that was totally un-necessary. In my opinion, the appraisal was simply an extra fee that the finance company needlessly added to my already high closing costs.

Samantha made the process so easy! This is my second time working with her and will be again if the need arises!!
