Great communication , timeliness, polite, professional along with genuine care and concern. Service business needs more Samantha's .

The service was ok, however, I was forced to pay $500 for a bogus appraisal that was totally un-necessary. In my opinion, the appraisal was simply an extra fee that the finance company needlessly added to my already high closing costs.
