I'm pretty biased lol but Team Arzner was absolutely incredible!!! The process was smooth and fast, super happy:)

1. To make sure both the client and agent are on the same page, a verbal conference to go over the numbers to make sure the client agrees and to answer any questions the client may have. Then the agent summarizes with a bulletpoint email and receives a reply from client before updating the docusign.\n2. To prevent disruption of email flow, the agent might want to remove any multiple megabyte graphics to remove large data usage. I was unable to reply timely because of huge data usage which I removed.

As always, Tim's team made the process simple, seamless and stress free.
