Very responsive. Had numbers and rates upfront, made the process easy to understand

A most excellent experience with a mortgage lending group I didn't know two short months ago. Referred to them by a trusted ally, they delivered. Totally on point in communicating every facet of my loan, continually three steps ahead of wherever my head was in the process, then the finale - things wrapped when they said they'd wrap (quickly). Some past lending experiences left me waiting for the other shoe to drop one way or another, but with this crew it never did... a pleasant surprise! I liken them to the '98 Bulls, except if Dennis Rodman didn't party so hard - collective competence in a world often short on it. Elise and her team comprise an A++ lending squad I'd return to in a heartbeat.

Don was excellent to work with. He really knows his stuff and made a stressful time for me much less so. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend or use him again in the future.

Shelby Howard was excellent, however we did not feel the same regarding Elise. She did not communicate the loan terms, your terms for no early payoff - knowing our house was in the process of being sold. Also when the appraisal came back lower than the purchase price - again she communicated incorrect amounts. It was frustrating, and we decided to communicate with Shelby only.
