I ALWAYS felt like a priority. That communication with me (or replying to my forms of communication) were always important. Sherry was clear in her explanations and her team mate Magda were always easy to get ahold of, responded very promptly, made me feel knowledgeable about the process, and helped me feel very supported during the entire process. They worked with my funny work schedule and we're even available after hours/holidays/weekends as needed.
