Sherry and her team were extremely knowledgeable and really easy to work with. Communication came daily to keep us posted on what was next on the agenda to get our loan done on time. I had to text Sherry a couple of times and she responded quickly and got me the information that I requested. I will work with Sherry and her company again in the future :)

Everything was great all through the process. The only issues I had at all was not being able to ask for and receive key information in a timely manner, at the most crucial stage of the loan process. The covid issue was not anyone's fault, and I do not have any negative feelings about it. It was just frustrating at the time.

Ken was awesome. He worked tirelessly to help us close a loan that was difficult to navigate. He was available, communicated regularly to make sure we had everything we needed to close. I would recommend him and his team to anybody in the market to purchase a home.
