Don was always responsive and explained everything to me. He was so patient with my many questions. As a first-time homebuyer, this was a huge relief. He was so real and transparent. I felt confident about the process as a result.

Our journey to home ownership was not the easiest with our budget and the size we needed and our realtor and Pac Res group really stepped up and worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect place for us. When I began my journey, I had never had credit before and a year before I was even able to purchase my house I called and spoke to an adviser who gave me all the tips and gave me a direction to go in to get a credit score established. It took many months but with her guidance I was able to establish one and pre qualify at that point. I cannot say enough how sweet and caring they were to me throughout the entire process from touring the houses down to the underwriting and getting closed. They feel like family to me, and I will always use them for my housing needs from here on out. <3
