I was going through some stressful issues with another lender and I was referred to David. We were only a week away from closing and David steeped in and got the loan closed. He was very professional, maintained constant communication throughout the process, and resolved my stress. I couldn’t thank him enough.

Dean was very helpful from start to finish of the loan process. He even went the extra mile to be present at the signing. Never seen that kind of service before. My only regret is that we weren't able to renegotiate the interest rate since it dropped almost a half point from the time we opened escrow until closing!

Because there's nobody like David and his office staff. They are on it 24/7 right up to the end. I wouldn't ever think about using anybody but them.
