I’ve been through this process a few times. My past experiences makes this process dreadful however to my surprise this team was very helpful and polite. They were able to work around my crazy work schedule and everything fell right into place with no problems. If I missed something, due to my heavy work load, they were understanding and would give me a polite reminder with a phone call and we could keep things on track. It was an excellent experience!

Doing our refinance with Lynden was pleasant and she was readily available off and when we had questions. Working with PRM has been a good experience.
