The staff all communicated very well. Even when Lisa wasn’t available, Shelby was right on top of things. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and gracious.

Blake was available & invaluable, even through the virus limitations. He understood my aims & needs. He made it easy to submit the required volumes of documents too. He was also personable, which I appreciate. He presented options to me, another helpful part of our interactions. Blake was recommended to me & I would happily recommend him.

My experience with Magda and Team Vance was above and beyond exceptional. Magda was there every step of the way. She helped me get my credit up to par so I could get the best loan possible. She was also there for emotional support during the times when you get stressed out. She always was available to explain things and offer to help you get things done. She was even there when I signed my paper's to share my happiness. I would recommend working with Magda to anyone.
