My Refinance with cash out was a very difficult process, I had just finished a 5 year Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I also wanted to use my VA benefits and this made for a difficult process. Pam and her team worked very hard with my wife and myself and with all the road blocks we only had to extend the closing by a week.
