In this time of COVID this was a very easy transition. Ryan and his team are top notch. They are always quick to get back to you with any questions you have. This is my second time working Ryan and his team. I would highly recommend them to anyone the are the best in my book no tricks just straight up and honest.

Lorie Adams and her team is absolutely outstanding. Lorie gave so much personal attention to me and was never to busy to talk to me on the phone. This is such a great asset in this time period when people prefer to email or text. Her team never once asked for any data to be re-submitted. This team processed all my emailed communication the first time around. Another mortgage company did not do this and asked for multiple submissions and didn’t read their emails. This was absolutely terrific.

Pacific Residential Mortgage was wonderful! I especially recommend Lynden Carnahan. She was there for us every step of the way and made herself available through the entire process. Everything was explained well so we had no surprises. We would 10/10 work with Lynden again should we need her services again.
