Pam and her team were always available and timely with responses. They would def be good for a first time inexperienced buyer. I didn’t ask too many questions but I’m sure they could answer any question if you did have them. Their rates are competitive, not the best, but having a local person available when needed is nice. It’s a shame they sell most of their loans to other lenders because I’d like to keep the relationship going long term. But they told me early on my loan would be sold

Having so many different people involved in our file is frustrating. It would be nice to communicate with one person throughout the whole process rather then multiple people.
