Your underwriter gave us hell. In retrospect it might have saved us all grief is we had just finished returns as the required paperwork to get around this cost thousands more and created stress.

Overall we had a very good experience the team was very responsive and willing to make accommodations to support the process. The experience could be improved with a phone call at the outset to explain the process. The portal was not clear and it was not initially communicated that this would be a primary way for information to be collected so we should "keep track" of username/password information. That would be helpful to know upfront.
