David, was always there to answer a question where late at night or early in the morning. With this house, David was there that night to assist us in right an approval letter for the home we submitted this bid on and we got the home because of his quick turn around. \n\nDavid, was also always there to explain everything very thoroughly and made us feel comfortable all along the way. He was great to work with and his turn around time is awesome and very quick.
