Timm is one of the best, has the utmost professionalism and willing to go the extra mile to help out. A couple of examples of this are working after hours/on the weekend to be available, and has been super clear on everything throughout the whole process. Really appreciated working together on 2 properties now and would 10/10 recommend to others.
