Proactive (but not pushy) attentive guidance from the team was so far above average that it couldn't help but get noticed. Excellent and articulate communication from caring people went a long way in calming anxiety related to obtaining such a large loan. David was referred to me because I wasn’t sure who to contact. The confidence level in him was extremely high based on their experience working with him. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I am so relieved and grateful that he handled it for me. I can go on but to make it an easy read I’ll list the main points. I never once felt that I was bothering him with all my questions and uncertainties and he always took my questions seriously, professionally, and compassionately. I was impressed with his knowledge and he covered all basis that I was not aware of. I am so grateful for his direction and help.
