I would strongly recommend this mortgage company. They were strongly recommended by our Real Estate agent and I can see why. Erica met with us before we began our search for a new home and had everything ready to go, so when we found our house it all went smoothly. She was open and honest, making sure that we were able to stay within our budget and making sure our expectations were realistic and based on our personal financial situation and future plans. We had difficulties with the Seller being unethical and dishonest in our dealings; but Neysa was on top of all the inspections, deadlines and appraisals to help to protect our interests. She sent weekly updates, as well as timely emails and phone calls to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. She responded quickly, usually within the hour to my emails or phone calls. She also kept our Real Estate agent and the Title Company appraised for every inch of the process.
