Team Arzner every time! This is our 3rd experience with you all, and even coming from this industry, we continued to be impressed each time. Thank you for always making it a personal experience, be it our first home buying to refi the ball is never dropped or the experiences lessened. Vanessa and her team made the entire process so easy. Any questions we had were answered either immediately or within a few hours. We ran into a time sensitive issue with an offer that was due by 4pm on Easter and we looked at the house at 2pm. Vanessa was able to get an approval letter to us on a holiday within the hour. Amazing. I will absolutely be referring her team to anyone I know that's buying a house.
