We were working through the details of our loan on a new home still being constructed during a difficult time where loan rates were rising due to inflation. Tim worked closely with us so that we could lock in a rate as soon as possible to protect us from the raising rates. Everyone on his team helped us throughout the process so we were able to close escrow smoothly and move into our new home two weeks earlier than expected.
