Not really

We have had numerous mortgage loans, refinances, hard money loans, etc. over many years. This by far has been the worst experience. Your fees were outrageous. $4000 for an appraisal? Today I find out after the funding that your company paid off a credit card of mine without my knowledge. The process took 4 months. Due to your company's incompetence, we were charged a loan payment on our old loan that should not have happened. That screwed up our bank accounts. Our proceeds dwindled from $20,000 to 14,000. I have no words to explain how disgusted and angry I am.

Venessa was amazing, she took the time to clearly explain everything to me. Her team communicated effectively and were always available to help. She made this experience very pleasant for a first time buyer.
