Don and the whole team at PacRes were extremely helpful through the whole process. I sometimes had to contact Don on weekends to get an updated pre-approval letter and he was always able to follow through in time. When I had questions, Don was able to answer them. We didn't have to deal with any mistakes or delays in the process. Don is a professional!

Talk about an easy home buying experience! Samantha and Sharon were so lovely to work with. They were very professional and straight forward about what was needed for us. They followed up on items that needed signing, which was good because some items randomly went to junk mail. They were always quick to reply when we had questions and really made this process so simple. Highly recommend!
