My wife and I went to Pacific Residential Mortgage, after having a very bad home buying experience with another agency. We actually considered not buying a house, because of the way we were treated. Then Sherry took over. And I have to say, every single person that had a part in this process, treated us with such kindness and respect. They are always available. And for a couple of first time home buyers, like me and my wife, it was an absolute pleasure to go through this with them. And then there's Melissa. She's so smart. So good at her job. She was there with us, every step of the way. Like two or three times, in the freezing, pouring rain. We are so grateful for her. I'm not someone that writes a lot of reviews, but in my opinion, Pacific Residential Mortgage, is by far the best Mortgage Company I've ever encountered. 5 stars!!
