Samantha and Sharon were both so responsive to move the process along. They gave me a heads up when something was missing. I felt we had a genuine partner walking us through the process. Right from the start Samantha made us feel like we were in good hands. The system at PAC/Res is so efficient that it was a breeze to provide documentation. Definitely would use again and will tell others.

The level of communication and expertise from the office of Timm Ready was exception from start to finish.

This wasnt an easy hunt for a house but Magda was wonderful to work with.
