It was an easier then expected. We purchased our home nineteen years ago, and I remember it being more complicated. Samantha was pleasant working with her, She suggested going with a VA loan, after hearing us needed to get his military papers back to the safety deposit box. It saved us a lot of money.

For a couple who hasn't purchased a house in 19 years, we were not sure which way to go for a loan. Getting a VA was a very pleasant surprise for us. We were delighted to find out we didn't have to come up with a lot of money for a down payment. The experience was really pleasant, and yes there were a few set backs, Samantha helped us through these.

My experience with Samantha was very positive. She was always accessible and \nquickly responsive to any question I had. I find finances and money issues quite difficult to understand at times. Samantha made the loan application process much less intimidating. Very good at her job!
