David stayed on top of the process and informed us every step of the way. He even contacted us after the signing of documents to make sure everything went well and to go over what to expect as far as money to be returned etc.

The refinance of our home loan was seamless. David has clear communication skills and answered all of our concerns. We did docu-sign and didn't have to schedule a meeting, then went to sign our documents at the Title Company. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
