Easy application process that was online. Easy to upload needed documents. Was alerted by email on status of loan during various stages. Rate was great. Everything was covered at closing and letters were already prepared by Robert for me to sign verifying stuff. This was by far the most streamlined, organized loan process I’ve ever had. Robert was also excellent in responding to any questions. I received prompt replies, even on weekend.

Suzanna was and is a great help to the difficult process of buying a home. She is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using her services again in the future if necessary.
