I don't like these types of 3-choices, 1-5 or 1-10 surveys. I know they are easier to plug into a device and come up with a rating. Jace was great trying to navigate the VA loan and underwriters. Sometimes though, it seems like instead of putting everything the VA or FHA needs upfront, they string out the requirements, like the old cop show, "Columbo" back in the 60's--"Oh, there's just one more thing"--after a week goes by, "you need to cross the "T" on line 4 of this document."

Jace was very knowledgeable and worked to get me a great interest rate. Jace was always available to answer my questions. Very personable and worked very hard to get this loan through the VA process.
