We had a surprise or two with the insurance and closing costs and we missed the higher credit rating. I was hoping a local agent could have helped with that... opposed to going with a national agent who would have had looked around at multiple providers. A five-star rating is reserved for perfect service, things went well overall and I thought it was good to have you an easy phone call away.
