Communication was good

We have been working with David for many years and he’s simply the best! He communicates every step of the process as it’s happening and always follows through. If a glitch comes up he knows how to handle it. David makes what can be a stressful process seem easy and always takes the time to make sure we are in the loop. We highly recommend him!

Suzanna and Delta were so good. I'm so happy I decided to work with a local lender vs a national one. \n Communication was on point and they moved with a sense of urgency that matched my own. Suzanna was super nice and her team was great from beginning to end of the process.

I was having a really hard time getting approved for a loan anywhere near the amount we were needing/wanting. Toni is the 4th person I talked to and it was smooth sailing from there. She was the only one who could get us in the range I was hoping for and even looked into what I would need to do to get it even higher if needed.
