Scary time to need to buy a house. Rodd was patient with my anxiety and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. I was fuzzy on just a couple of points , though honestly that could have been me just not registering everything fully. But certain things had to happen quickly to make it work, and Rodd and his team made sure it did - including some overtime when the underwriters were late. Thanks to Rodd and his team.
