Was highly recommend by multiple sources. Apparently we did not receive the same treatment. The process was very smooth up to the point of closing on a home. At that point the lack of communication and dismissive answers were a plenty. The left foot didnt know what the right foot was doing. And that's even if they responded. We were first time home buyers and felt very rushed and not included. Intial rate was changed, poor customer service and lack of communication. Vanessa her self was great

Blake, Don, and Sarah were all very helpful during the process of buying a home. They took the time to go through every document I had questions about, and took the time to make sure I knew everything about my loan. They made the process very easy and as stress free as possible.
