You want to know what made it GREAT...Everything from Samantha and her communication and attention to detail and having our best interests at heart. Her staff is amazing and kept us focused when they needed additional paperwork or signatures, etc. Quite frankly, I would never go anywhere else but with Samantha Wikoff at Finance of America nor would I refer to anyone else but Samantha. First rate service. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Samantha was very responsive and on top of everything through the whole purchase process. She guided us through all of the steps and made it easy. We'd recommend her to friends.

Still dont quite understand the jargon/terminology of things & processes, but U did help answer questions asked. Debbie helped correct my understanding when we talked too. But our conversations helped. All in all I think I had 1 hell of a team helping me accomplish what my outcome ended being - Youngtown house sold & new home 4 us our SCW Condo! Thanks ALL! THANK U!!!
