Ryan is a great communicator who is super thorough. He not only explained the terms of various loan programs, but informed me of the benefits of an ODVA loan. I didn't know the details of this program. After Ryan explained things to me, I decided to go with an ODVA loan which is going to save me thousands of dollars in interest payments.
