Toni artfully orchestrated the loan package, and made sure that we were prepared for every step in the quagmire that is the financing process for first time home buyers. From ensuring that our paperwork was in order to giving us constant insight into the loan process, we never felt like things were too out of hand. Toni gave us our options, and laid out the path forward in a logical and understandable manner. To make a long story short, with Toni's help we ended up with the exact loan terms that we were after (actually, slightly better as I recall). Reading about other people's experiences with this type of home purchase with other brokers, this should have been impossible and could have stretched on for months longer in the wrong hands.As I said, Toni completely changed my opinion about the home-financing process and brokers in general. She is a woman of her word, and we definitely appreciated her integrity and professionalism. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone looking to finance a home, and we will certainly call on her again if we end up in the market for a new home!
