Tim was friendly and knowledgeable during our first meeting. He seemed interested in assisting me as I began the house purchasing process but after I selected him and the finance company, the personal connection diminished and there was little to no communication, specifically, from Tim. I feel the personal touch was missing from the association with Mr. Wikoff. After all, I was purchasing a new home, not a pair of shoes.
