There were way too many people contacting us for information. I felt we had to provide duplicate info. The numbers changed drastically from what Venessa told Sarah regarding closing costs. It was frustrating the pay off amt for the car kept changing up and down with each document and that a 10 day pay off couldn't be identified for better clarity at the end. it would be better for me to have a better understanding of all the players asking for info. Our past experiences have been with Guild and it was a smooth process with only 1 contact. Thanks for asking for input and thanks overall.
