Our family was very pleased with the level of service and performance working with Pac Res Mortgage. The communication and responsiveness that Samantha and Sharon provided was very much appreciated and they were very helpful in providing guidance throughout the mortgage approval process. From the start they had a proactive, 'can-do' approach and were willing to work directly with all outside parties which was instrumental for a smooth out-of-state move experience. They came highly recommended to us from our realtor and we would definitely plan to work with them again in the future.
