My experience with Pacifica Residential Mortgage and Tim McBratney could not have been better. Tim was the consummate professional and very personable throughout the loan process. In fact with a couple of minor bumps in the road, that would have deviated a bit from the terms we wanted on the loan, Tim went to bat for us and the outcome was exceptional - as was the quickness in his response and follow-up.
