From day 1 - Rodd was readily available at any time and any day of the way (literally responding to me after 10pm on a weekend when we needed help). He also does a great job of explaining things in a way we could actually understand - which is pretty helpful during the first home buying process. Would recommend working with Rodd 10/10.
