Review on Rodd Miller, CMA
Having to upload multiple documents, then being asked to upload more, then being asked to upload MORE, seemed like it could have been avoided at least a little. Instead of spreading out that timeframe over 3 weeks, possibly asking for most if not all the documentation from us from at once would be much less stressful. The online portal also seems to be in need of repair / improvement. The staff was very friendly, and Rodd was extremely available and went out of his way to be communicative and helpful whenever we needed. We very much appreciated that, thank you.
