Rodd and his team helped us refinance and made it so effortless! They were patient and responded so quickly to all of our questions and were available to talk on the phone whenever more discussion was necessary. They gave us all of the information up front and provided charts and data to satisfy my engineer brain. They disclosed everything from the beginning so we had no unexpected costs at closing. This is my third time using Pacific Residential and I wouldn't trust anyone else with a mortgage!
